What would the world be without dictators? That’s a scenario you’ll never have to worry about, because dictators in 2011 are just changing their stripes. Where once they looked like Presidents of countries they are now heads of central banks and global corporations. The last dictator? No. The last dictator to be individually recognised of as a tyrant – yes. Dictators these days have become a lot more anonymous and powerful.
