How can you expect car guards to change the world? Okay, granted they know change really well. A totally different type of change, mostly R2 and R5 coins... The donor could've given the car to Amnesty International, Loaves and Fishes, Oxfam, The Salvation Army etc. Raffling off the car could have brought much more money in for a real, valid charity.
