Its Hollywood water for those that need to make a statement with the pursing of their lips.
It comes in limited-edition, frosted, corked, 750ml bottles (the size and shape of wine bottles), hand-decorated with Swarovski crystals (the bottles are recyclable, the manufacturer hastens to assure) and it costs $38.00 a bottle (R285.00).
Its the ultimate in 'I-have-arrived' products.
But why then, did the distributors have to give this stuff such a stupid name.
Bling is such an overused poor excuse for a word and even more inappropriate as a brand name.

Overpriced, overhyped I would assume. But then, anything goes in Hollywood. However stupid the brand name, I think it fits the bill and would certainly attract their target audience.

I have to admit that I am also not to fond of this water. Neither the design of the bottle nor the water are superspecial. There are other waters, which are far better for a lower price. Luxury water is a growing business though. I am interested how this market will develop.

I recently saw this product in London. A company called Aqua Amore sell all kinds of bottled waters, so I wouldnt be suprised if you could buy Bling from them also!
