		<description>If you are looking for audiobooks, you can buy them pretty freely from Audible (http://www.audible.com).  You can buy legal music from emusic (http://www.emusic.com) and Magnatunes (http://magnatune.com/).  Granted the music is not the latest music but you can buy it legally and there is no DRM.
If you use Windows Media Player you can buy music from Pick &#039;n Play and Musica (being an iPod user myself, I suggest these latter sources reluctantly and solely to promote legal music trade).
