Sheldon….creative directors tend to get a bit edgy when ‘normal’ people try their hand a a bit of ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking.
So rather don’t go there.

Now I’m sure this question’s been asked at least 39 times but:
How does one get involved in this?
Not the whole advertising industry but just the creative side of things. Perhaps Ad agencies have forums whereby SAP Consultants like myself, Policemen, Beauticians and perhaps Piano Teachers can air their creative ideas . Not to make an extra buck or anything but because sometimes they really are wickedly creative.
Or does one have to know an uncle who knows a friend who’s sleeping with a creative director, etc, etc?

I’m constantly amazed at the creativity that appears out of seemingly nowhere. Where do these guys get their ideas?
Just found out my brother got a “second” in the Loeries. And had an absolute jol there, but thankfully didn’t end up like the bloke in your initial post…
