The M bar in Cape Town doesn’t score any points for originality with their new mega-expensive cocktail called….the ‘Bling’ cocktail, which is a heinous combo of vodka, triple sec, lychee, and a 0.26-carat diamond necklace.

Try and restrain yourself from ordering the thing after spending time in the mesmerising red hue of the bar, because the price tag for this little indulgence will knock you R3500.00

Though pricey…it’s still not the world’s most expensive cocktail. That honour goes to a drink called a Dazzle which is served at Harvey Nichols in Manchester and cost £15,250 a pop and has to be escorted to diner’s tables flanked by security guards.

We’ll stick to our usual ‘Kraaifontein’ cocktails…thanx. [Via]
