Should’ve had these on Saturday night! I overtake two cars at night on a farm road far from civilization, and one of them happened to contain a copper (d’oh!), who then kaks me out for not thinking of the other people on the road by doing 130 in a 90 zone.
So I just gave him a blank stare and tried to explain that his car and the other chap’s were the only ones I’d seen in half an hour of driving, then I realised I was arguing with the fuzz, so I shut up and apologised for being such an insensitive bastard… Maybe “the rockets were after me!” would’ve worked better.
