The present moment is what you can control right now to design a preferable future.

That’s a powerful statement. But if you really think about it – your actions in the present (the right this moment) will indeed bare the desired future fruit you so imagine.

Sounds simple enough – and is. But as we all know – simple is hard. So it takes practice.
