Just remember that this is a company that markets short term insurance products to personal and commercial clients. So unlike the other ‘direct’ guys, Santam have a diverse audience to build a brand for. So with that in mind, when a broker shifts your insurance risk to Santam, does the tone of this communication give you peace of mind in that decision?
