If we were to host another Brand Hooligans conference tomorrow, James Hetfield from Metallica would be on our wishlist of speakers. Decades of heading up the world’s most successful metal outfit have gifted him a unique wisdom and outlook on the world.

On another note, there is something about how the music industry in the US produces branded content that is rather special. Perhaps it’s because their customers know a thing or two about what they are investing their money into, but there is an honest and degree of authentic storytelling that you just don’t see very often. The other brand that immediately stands out is Marshall.
