Check this out – The Vancouver arm of ad agency, Cossette created a wicked instillation/ad campaign for McDonalds.
As a means to attract more breakfast eaters to their fast-food franchises throughout the city, they not only organized free McDonalds coffee for 2 weeks, but they also set up a couple of different instillations around downtown Vancouver.
Hourglass
Close to 6th Ave and Cambie, they transformed an ordinary lamppost into a pot of pouring coffee. At a different location [in a regular bus shelter] they made the walls look like an hourglass filled with coffee beans.
Simply classic!
