We haven’t a clue as to what this very odd teen drinking public service announcement has got to do with goats, but we have a feeling it’s a subliminal thing preparing the American Canadian youth for the upcoming Rugby World Cup and the ‘bokke’.
Why else you’d they have heavy drinking, a cracking party and goats together in the same video? Dis net soos Loftus on a Sunday morning.

While I agree it’s a really strange way to get the PSA message across – you do realise Nova Scotia is in Canada and not in the United States of America, right?
