The art of food innovation: Part 1 – El Bulli

We’re big Anthony Bourdain fans. A copy of Kitchen Confidential lies in it’s rightful place next to a copy of The Ten Faces of Innovation and the latest copy of Monocle magazine at the Cherryflava HQ ‘reset zone’.
We connect with his hard-drinking, heavy-smoking, excessive use of foul language attitude and really enjoy the episode of his TV show in which he visits the infamous El Bulli. We unfortunately missed Ferran Adria at this year’s Design Indaba, but this short episode gives a good sense of the innovation that is part of the world’s best restaurant.

Fantastic! Makes you think how stale other industries are as well and that we need to push it up a notch!

Yes thanks Mike – we know it’s a bit dated. Still good. Check out Part 2 for something more recent and ‘with it’.
