MTN are sending out personalised documentation with contract upgrades

MTN South Africa are stepping it up. Instead of the usual old, glossy, printed rubbish that follows the useless handset plastic wrapping straight into the bin when you get a cellphone upgrade, they're sending out branded information booklets with your own name printed all over the thing.
If that doesn't make you feel just a bit special then…well, yeah – you suck.
Very impressive. It's those little details that just make it more…there!
Makes us wanna switch from Vodacom – who after more than 10 years and numerous phonecalls to their 'helpline' still can't even manage to get the spelling of our name right.

Nashua Mobile also does it – your name is on the outside, and personal details are on the inside of the contract upgrade. I saw it last year november with my dad’s upgrade

Yeah – well noted – I think this upgrade was done via Nashua Mobile also. So now wondering if it was an MTN brainwave or NM’s?

Think it was Nashua Mobile. Kudos to them.
