I was however very impressed with some of the designs that WebUrbanist recently catalouged that use shipping containers (usually used instead of new) and suspect that this could be used to help alleviate some of the problems that we do face. 		<description>Actually, to build this unit conventionally at today&#039;s average building price per square meter, you&#039;d be looking closer to R25000.00 (based on the measurements given on the site). and personally I&#039;d rather look at a hillside of those than the shoe boxes we see today.
