Pretty obvious when we ourselves can clearly remember the the water temperature variation between the Kirstenbosch high-level dam and the mouth of the Salt River due to a Std. 7 field trip, but can’t recall jack about those all-important Chemistry formulas or basic calculus anymore.
Forget about a Nintendo Wii or a new iPod Nano for you kid. Get them a bike with a strap on 12-gauge shotgun for protection from the local neighbourhood pedophiles and you’ve got instant home schooling.

Hey – at least it seems like that marketers are doing their job properly. As the headline claims – most kids can identify over 1000 logos, but don’t know the difference between a Gecko and a Black Mamba.
