Africa is the cradle of mankind – it makes sense that our doctors can perform bloody miracles.
This is a flyer for medical services, which was put under car windscreen wipers in Cape Town the other day. [R30 is roughly $4.30]

What I find so amusing is that we laugh at this, but then somehow believe that if you pray you’ll pass exams. Or things similar.
