It’s what many have been waiting for. Google’s solution for unlocking integrated video advertising on YouTube is an in-video ad, a teaser of which appears at the bottom of the main clip you were intending to watch.
You make the video, Google makes the millions.

This is interesting and not unique at all. The technology Google is showing here is currently used by a company called Video Egg who provided video players for such large social networks as Bebo.com
I wonder if they are working together or if Google is performing a classic NYC marketing belief. “Steal with pride”.
