Cool business idea: Pong

GrandOpening in New York is a space and time manipulator.
They've got a cracking business concept which they play out every 3-months in their 400 square foot Manhatten retail space.

The idea, which will work damn well in a fickle entertainment market like Cape Town, is that every three months the space has another Grand Opening as something new.
Right now it's a table tennis club, but in three months it could be a bowling alley or a poker hall.

We love the concept. That space at Canal Walk where the Indoor Grand Prix circuit used to be would be perfect for this.
