The ‘most beautiful object in South Africa’

Big story doing the rounds on the international design blogs is that the Pronto Condom was named South Africa’s most beautiful object at this year’s Design Indaba Expo.
We’ve long been fans of the Pronto and obviously recognition for Willem van Rensburg’s invention brought a tear to the eye when the announcement was made.
What’s amusing is reading the reaction of readers to the announcement.
The curiosity to give our most beautiful object a twirl is tangible.
