This year’s event was a massive success, which raised more than £40 million, thanks in part to this Ricky Gervais promo video.

Ricky is a legend!
Good on RedNose for scraping together so much to do so much for those that have so little!
It was an incredible sight to fly in over London at 5am on the morning they switched the colour of the lights on the London Eye to red to support RedNose day. It looked like the Thames shooting out a massive bright flame.
