Is it a bird, is it a plane…?

Spotted in the Sunday Times this weekend – a teaser ad for ‘Axe Jet’?
If the ads and the website were anything to be believed immediately, you’d think that perhaps a new airline for males, struggling with the side-affects of rampant puberty, was about to launch.
But, that would surely be ridiculous!
So are there really going to be planes – or is this just an elaborate way to generate a database of potential armpit-spray purchasers?

I don’t know anything specific about this campaign but I know that AXE is a brand of men’s spray deodourant in the US. (It’s known as LYNX in some other countries).
Looks like this is a teaser for some campaign. Its right up their street in terms of previous styles of campaigns and promotions

Is this ad real? Maybe I am just too dirty. But the Get off, and Jet off just make me think about things. hmmm maybe this is exactly what they want me to think. Damn it.

Mmm. Looks awefully similar to the Lynx ads two years back in Aus. Check the link: http://www.duncans.tv/2005/lynx-jet-fantasy
Took a while to get here…

This ad was on tv the other day. I also managed to see girls that were dressed exactly like this at the A1 in durban last month. They were walking around with Tokyo Sexwale? Could this be another one of his money making ideas? This cant be the deodorant Axe?? Anyway, lets wait to see whats next.
