Regarding the Starbucks thing: Apparently Seattle Coffee Co. is Starbucks rebranded and slimmed down for South Africa. If you were a valued Starbucks employee in the states you can walk into a good job at Seattle any day without any training (as a friend had great fortune of finding out).
