Bad logo

Before you carry on going mental about the South Africa World Cup logo which you think is so nasty – please consider this rather unfortunate company symbol which some ex-employee purchased for good money.
Its for the Instituto de Estudos Orientais – whatever that is.
Obviously it looks rather strange, but jokes aside – what on earth were they trying to illustrate here?

Ironically, “Instituto de Estudos Orientais” is Portuguese and roughly translates to “Institute for Oriental Studies”… hmmm…

I think its supposed to be an oriental style building in front of a red sun, but that certainly wasn’t the first thing I thought of when I looked at it…

Wow…now I see the oriental building…with the sun. I thought maybe they manufactured wigs 0_o
