I don't see anything wrong with internet dating. Finding love in virtual space is something a lot of people nowadays can relate to. Those interested can go to sites that encourage meeting people online. The possibility of finding the right person may be a profile away.

I really think Isabel’s article is the most relevant – I mean, we are online while blogging, so why not keep in the online tone – Skype is something we’ve all heard of, yet very few of us have actually given it a go. (Think I might do a google search after this and check it out…)
Now the SHUZZ one, that’s just sooooooo last season…-sorry babes, but the magazines have done this topic to death.(Remember Blush Magazine – this reminded me of something I might have read in there eons ago).
Online dating – ditto (done to death in printed mags)
Liked the Vida crit – I’m quite a fan myself and found her interpretation of the hottest spot on the Tamboerskloof block SPOT ON.
Thus – vote for Isabel, or perhaps for our coffee friend Lientjie – the only two originals around!

Ndundu—thanx for yo advice, but looking at the art of writting ‘shopping for love online wins the day for me’.I dont why maybe its because ive tried, and i didn’t work and now im stuck with an ugly chick who’s cursing me for not loving her,and being me “to sweet to tell the truth”. Myself being a writter i think Lisa rocked or and u lientjie, i love fruit juice and i do wanna eye some beaties, i mean women of classs…………..and i can do with some live orange juice, yep watch it being striped naked right infront of me.Skype,im also in the technology field I think your article is very informing and would be usefull to every business out there small or well fed.

Interesting concept. Obviously your choice of articles will determine how popular the site will be. Didn’t enjoy the shuzz article much, but thought the Skype article was quite insightful. Some spelling mistakes in all the articles but hey this is blogging so keep going. Will definitely research Skyping to keep in touch with friends.

I can’t believe that in this day and age there are still so many completely ignorant people out there!! For many Skype is still a very new concept, only the arrogant believe that we all learn about something at exactly the same time. Isabel I think your article rocked. Maybe you could have just added a “how to get started” for the technically challenged? I’ve been Skyping for a while now and I’ve met interesting people without having to subscribe to a “Dating Site” Who wants to know how to care for shoes when it’s sooo much fun buying new ones? So between all of them GO ISABEL!!!

SHOES!!! I’m a woman who loves shoes, but never thought much of caring for them nor how to store them (explains why I need a new pair for every occasion). Ndundu, loved the article, helpful, light…and I do decide whether to date a guy or not depending on his shoes…
Also like Lisa’s article in internet dating. Seems like since Isidingo has gone on this tip, everyone else is!

I like Ndundu’s article, these are the kinda things we need to see nowadays when we open magazines. When we buy shoes 80% of the time we don’t know how to take care of them. Thanks for the advice.
