No doubt she’s well dressed

International fashion magazine Harpers and Queen, has named Gwen Stefani as the Britain’s best dressed female.

Flamboyant singer Gwen Stefani has knocked Kate Moss off the top of the best dressed list to be crowned Britain’s number one fashion icon by style bible Harpers & Queen.

Moss is relegated to third – her only consolation is that she is ranked one place above arch rival Sienna Miller. Cate Blanchett is sixth.

No Doubt singer Stefani, 35, is famed for her bold fashion choices, always set off by platinum hair and ruby red lipstick.

From the pics we’ve seen of Gwen she looks a bit second-hand really. Most of her outfits look like they were stolen from a 19th century prostitute. But hey…if that’s style then we’re all for it.

If that wasn’t bizarre enough…on the male front, Rio Ferdinand has knocked poor old David Beckham from his No.1 spot.

To add insult to injury, Beckham, who had won the GQ magazine poll for three consecutive years, slumped from first to last in the list, being labelled the worst-dressed man in the land.

Real Madrid star Beckham, famed for his ever-evolving hairstyle and sometimes flamboyant clothes, was cruelly labelled "the original fashion victim" by shoe designer Manolo Blahnik, one of the expert judges.

And Manolo does know a thing or two about style…maybe Manolo is a Man United fan and doesn’t care much for the white strip of Real Madrid. All the same…Dave’s got more than enough money to not really care what anybody things of what he wears.
